We built a new 1,500 m2 office unit for NKM Nemzeti Közművek Zrt., while ensuring normal operation. Implementation took place in 2 phases. Our tasks included the demolition of the old building down to the supporting structure and the implementation of a new mechanical, electrical and architectural design with a customised suspended ceiling. We had one weekend to unite the existing and new office units, including the modification, painting and coating of boundary walls, as well as to coordinate and assemble the mechanical and electrical systems.
