At the premises of the Molar Chemicals Kft., a new base and packaging material warehouse was erected as a green field investment. Area of the building: 1,450 m2, consisting of a large storage room with a high shelf structure and a community block. The storage rooms have a reinforced steel pillar frame structure with sandwich panels, and the community block was built using conventional technology. A special feature of the construction work was that a time frame of only 4 months was available; therefore, the proper preparation of the project was especially important. After the acceptance phase of the project, we provided help for the Commissioner during the procedure for putting the facility into service, which was concluded successfully.
