The size of the plot in Kossuth Street (15th district of Budapest) is 2,222 m², which was used for building a 4-group kindergarten with a useful floor area of 940 m². This area was further extended with a loft. The roof of the group rooms was equipped with solar panels. As a prerequisite for the economical operation of the building, the garden-connected group rooms were designed for 25 children, with changing rooms and sanitary units for each group. In addition to the group rooms, it was also required to create a 60 m² gymnasium and an individual activity room, which were supplemented by a group activity room and a children's library. Moreover, a medical room was also created, near which there is an isolation room with its own sanitary unit.
